When creating a rule from library templates, clarify the error cause where available

      Problem Definition

      Depending on the project configuration, you may not be able to start configuring a rule based on templates. You only see a generic error message:

      Automation template unavailable
      Check your admin permissions, and try refreshing the page
      

      Ex: in your browser console:

      Suggested Solution

      Clarify the error cause for known scenarios.

      Workaround

      Known scenarios:

      • Make sure to have every status category in the workflow

      Consider adding yourself as a watcher to be kept informed of the state of this feature request moving forward. With that way, if our development team updates the ticket, you'll be notified via email.
