When using the “Send email” action, it is currently not possible to select or exclude specific groups from a “Group Picker (multiple groups)” custom field. The feature request is to allow users to choose which groups from that field should receive the email, and optionally exclude specific groups.

Add the ability to filter which groups are used from a “Group Picker (multiple groups)” field by:

1. Include-only selection:

• • When a multi-group picker field is chosen as a recipient source, provide a UI to:

• • • Select specific groups from that field that should receive the email, or

• • • Define a filter condition (e.g. “only groups whose name contains ‘-notify’”).

1. Exclude list:

• • Allow configuration of groups to exclude when using that field:

• • • e.g. Exclude groups: GP1, GP2

• • The rule would then send the email to:
    All groups in field ABC minus GP1 and GP2
