Please consider changing the https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-automation-triggers/#Field-value-changed trigger "change type" behavior to:

Value added - It would only trigger if the field's previous value was empty.
Value deleted - It triggers if the field value is deleted (no changes).
Field value edited - It would only trigger if the field value is edited from a previous non-empty value. (new)
Any changes to the field value - If the value is added, deleted, or edited, the rule is triggered, regardless of whether the field is empty.

Additionally, please include the equivalent actions description according to "change type" in the trigger documentation.
