Looking at the issue history, it is impossible to tell which automation has made the change.

With tens of automations, there should be a way for a user to know what caused the change to the work item.

"Automation for Jira" is a too generic name that is not helpful. 

Today the user cannot know what automation made the change and what triggered the automation.
