Automation smart value to get public link for attachments

      Currently, if an attachment link is sent making use of the below smart value, a link for customer will be generated:

{{/}}

      However, the customers still need to be logged in to access the files.

      Suggestion

      Create an attachment smart value option that provides a public link that can be accessed by customers without logging in.
