Exclude the Rovo agent's processing time from automation's service limit

      Problem Definition

      When Rovo agent is invoked as an action in an automation rule, the processing time can take more than 10 seconds, and depending on the complexity of the processing can use up 40 seconds.

      If the rule is executed against large scale of work items, for example thousands, this has a high-risk of reaching the automation's service limit and will be throttled. 

      Suggested Solution

      Exclude the Rovo agent's processing time from the automation's service limit 

      Workaround

      There is no direct workaround currently.
