Issue Summary

As of now Automation for Jira in cloud does not support Sectigo CA certificates. This causes connectivity issues between Jira cloud and on prem server through automation rule.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a send web request automation rule when a new work item is created
2. Send the web request to a server which has signed SSL certification from Sectigo CA

Expected Results

Automation rule should be able to successfully send web request to the server

Actual Results

Automation rule POST action failed with SSL error

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
