Issue Summary

The Current Condition block like JQL is not suggesting a compatible smart value from Trigger section, whilst the same is available from Condition block as stand alone  

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Automation rule > Trigger > from trigger Add Condition > Select JQL condition
2. Click on curly bracket on JQL box > Compatible values have no suggestion 

While when JQL condition is selected from outside of Trigger block , Compatible values are suggested.
