      Issue Summary

When configuring scheduled trigger (Basic setting) and setting Occurrence, currently UI only allows to set predefined time for every 30 minutes (like 12:00 AM , 12:30 AM , 1:00 AM ...)

Previously the user could set the custom time like "4:02 PM" by entering manually.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open automation rule configuration page
      2. Select Scheduled trigger
      3. Configuring "Basic" setting and Set the Occurrence as Run rule every 1 Days/Weeks/Months
      4. Try to update "At" field entering custom time like "4:02 PM"
      5. System does not reflect the entered custom time

      Expected Results

Users can specify the custom time if entering manually

      Actual Results

System does not reflect the custom time entered manually

      Workaround

Use "Advanced" setting and specify the custom time using cron expression.
