Issue Summary
If we set up an automation to link issues to the same 1 work item, eventually that work item will hit the limit of 2000 linked issues. We document our service and issue limits here:

It would be great to have a condition/branch that checks for these limits, so we can configure an action in case the condition is met, that would allow the automation to keep going instead of failing due to being throttled.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
