When we link a work item, it should automatically pulls the summary, description, and attachments from the original ticket.

I've also included a screenshots it pulls the summary, description, but not the attachments from the original ticket.

 

Currently, we don't have the option to select the Linked work item for the attachment, so it should pull the attachment from the original ticket
