Issue Summary

The text displayed in the templates page that says "Create rules quickly with the power of AI" breaks if you change your account's language to other than English.

Steps to Reproduce

• Access https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences
• Change your language to other than English that uses non-English characters (E.g. Japanese)
• Access the Templates page again https://<SITE>.atlassian.net/jira/settings/automation#/tab/rule-library

Expected Results

The text "Create rules quickly with the power of AI" will remain the same.

Actual Results

The text breaks and displays a value such as:

AI \u306e\u529b\u3067\u7d20\u65e9\u304f\u30eb\u30fc\u30eb\u3092\u4f5c\u6210\u3059\u308b
