Issue Summary

Currently, a notification is sent to users when service utilization reaches 90%. It would be beneficial to have the ability to customize these notifications, allowing them to be triggered at different utilization levels, such as 50%, 60% or 70%.

Additionally, Jira does not currently offer a REST API endpoint for accessing automation rule usage statistics or limits directly. Having such an API would make it easier to create automation rules that send notifications related to automation usage.

Workaround

The only current method to monitor your usage is by manually checking the "usage page".
