Issue Summary

Some rules that live in Confluence automation with the 'Work item created' trigger connected to Jira have stopped working despite no config changes.

Steps to Reproduce

Have not been able to reproduce with a newly-created rule. The problem has been reported for rules that existed before June 12th, which mysteriously stopped triggering after June 12th.

Expected Results

The rule triggers whenever a work item is added in the configured projects.

Actual Results

The rule stops triggering and doesn't run when a work item is added in the configured projects.

Workaround

No known workaround. After copying the rule it still doesn't trigger.
