Issue Summary
When using a work item field condition to check if a date/time field is after or before a specific time, it is not possible to create a custom time, eventhough the condition gives an option to do so.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create an automation rule with a work item condition
- Select a Date/time field
- set the condition to is before or is after
- Select Specific Time
- Type a specific time, and it will show an option to create that specific time

Expected Results
When clicking in the create option, the specified time should be created and should work properly in the condition.
Actual Results
When clicking in the create option nothing happens, it is only possible to select the between the default time in the given list
Workaround
