Problem
The customer is unable to update the custom email address in the 'Send customised email' automation action, receiving an invalid email error despite the email being verified.
Environment
Automation for JSM Cloud, Jira Cloud
Conditions
This failure seems to be occurring only when the site has a Custom Product URL setup through which it is being accessed.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to the automation rule under Send customized email action.
2. Attempt to update the email address to 'support@customdomain.com' in the 'Send customised email' action.
3. Observe the error message indicating an invalid email.
Expected Results
This should work as per the support document.
Actual Results
It does not work with the below error:
Invalid email address: support@customdomain.com
