Issue Summary
The manual trigger action in Confluence does not display the expected pop-up when the trigger link is clicked from an email. The link redirects to the appropriate page, but the automation rule pop-up does not appear.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a manual trigger automation rule in Confluence following the steps outlined in the article: Embeddable Manual Triggers.
- Embed the generated manual trigger link in an email.
- Send the email to a user with permissions to execute the rule.
- Click the manual trigger link from the email.
Expected Results
Upon clicking the manual trigger link from the email, the user should be redirected to the Confluence page, and the automation rule pop-up should be displayed, allowing the user to execute the rule.
Actual Results
The user is redirected to the appropriate Confluence page, but no pop-up appears for the automation rule, preventing the user from executing the rule
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. Users will need to navigate to the Confluence page manually and attempt to trigger the automation rule directly from there.
