      Issue Summary

When an automation rule group has configured values for input/output, the rule execution fails.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a rule with an Advanced component (only to trigger groups in the rule, you don't need to use the Advanced component).
      2. Configure a value for input/output in the group.
      3. Add an action for the rule to execute.
      4. Run the rule.

      Expected Results

      The rule executes as configured.

      Actual Results

The rule execution fails in a number of different ways:

      1. The rule execution stops at the trigger. The execution status is No actions performed. OR
      2. The rule may stay in progress for a while in the automation audit logs, and even report the some errors status. It eventually fails with Aborted. OR
      3. The rule fails with the Some Errors status.

      Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.
