Issue Summary
The new Send Customized Email action doesn't allow setting the "From" detail with emails from sites with custom product URL domain.
Steps to Reproduce
This issue is impacting instances where Cloud URLs have been changed in the past. If your instance is one of them, here is one of the 2 behaviors that you can observe.
- Have a Custom product URL domain configured
- Add the Send Customized Email action
- When you try to save the automation rule with this action, you will see an error for the Customize email address field mentioning.
The 'From' email address is not allowed. You can only use your Atlassian site domain (youroldsiteURL.atlassian.net) or a registered custom domain.

Expected Results
The action should function as expected.
Actual Results
It fails with error pointing towards site URL (without custom domain settings).

Workaround
Currently, there is no workaround for this problem.
Customers can continue using the old Send Email action to send emails through automation.
