Issue Summary
When attempting to copy an automation rule that includes a trigger 'Field Value Change' with a condition block nested inside, an error message is displayed, preventing the action from completing successfully.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create or open an existing automation rule that includes a trigger with a condition block inside the trigger.
- Attempt to copy the automation rule.

Expected Results
The automation rule should be copied successfully without any errors.
Actual Results
An error message is displayed: "An unknown error occurred. Please reload and try again."
Workaround
To bypass the error, you can either:
- Delete the condition block from inside the trigger, then save the rule. After saving, copy the rule and re-add the condition block.
- Alternatively, use a condition block separately from the trigger.
