      Issue Summary

When attempting to copy an automation rule that includes a trigger 'Field Value Change' with a condition block nested inside, an error message is displayed, preventing the action from completing successfully.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create or open an existing automation rule that includes a trigger with a condition block inside the trigger.
      2. Attempt to copy the automation rule.

      Expected Results

The automation rule should be copied successfully without any errors.

      Actual Results

An error message is displayed: "An unknown error occurred. Please reload and try again."

      Workaround

To bypass the error, you can either:

      • Delete the condition block from inside the trigger, then save the rule. After saving, copy the rule and re-add the condition block.
      • Alternatively, use a condition block separately from the trigger.
