Within automation, in Action Send customised email, you can send an email with Rich text content format.
Through this format, we cannot use the format as instructed here: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/use-smart-values-with-rich-text-editing/
We especially need to be able to send the customer portal link using the smart value:
