Request Summary
In order to give customers a greater level of flexibility in managing and configuring a Slack channel created via the automation action Create Slack channel for incident, we should store the resulting Slack Channel ID in a smart-value.
With this the customer can use it to make additional changes via the Slack API, this saves an additional Send Web Request with the Slack API to get the ID. A small QoL change.
