Rovo in automation is designed to run in an automated fashion such that prompts for user input or additional information don't make sense as these can't be provided within the scope of a rule execution.
There is a use case where the response from Rovo will be used to request further info in another system, such as adding a comment on a work item to request the reporter supply more details.
For example, an end user has raised a work item requesting help with their computer setup, but has not supplied any useful information.
There is a rule that checks new work items for sufficient info, and if it is not supplied asks Rovo for text that requests the end user to add the needed information (e.g. make and model of computer, etc). This text is then added to the work item as a comment.
