Having a component to check if the trigger issue is valid when executing the rule would be great for cases where the issue triggered some automation rules and for some reason got archived/deleted during the complete execution of the rule. 

If we could create a component to check if the work item that is being executed is not archived/deleted would help rules to execute and complete with errors, and combining with AUTO-1902, it should be easier to avoid deleted/archived issues to execute rules and also an error message more accurate to let Jira admins know about these issues that are no longer valid.
