We had this bug report that was closed as 'Not a bug'. However, we still need to implement some kind of validation before allowing a user to import a duplicate webhook trigger on other sites. Allowing rules with duplicated webhooks to be imported generates a duplicate effort, as it will prevent the rules from being editable on both ends, and eventually may require some code adaptation to accommodate such changes.
