Manual Trigger Automation rules not available from the board view on new navigation

      Issue Summary

      The manual triggered Automation rules are not available when viewing the board in the new Jira navigation.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Manual Triggered automation rule.
      2. Select a work item from the board and run the automation.
      3. Change to the new navigation.
      4. Try to perform step #2.

      Expected Results

      The automation can be run the same as the "Old Jira Navigation".

      Actual Results

      The same rule is displayed greyed out and can't be selected.

      Workaround

      1. Disable the new navigation and run the automation rule.
      2. Run the automation from the work item view.
