      Issue Summary

      Missing the titles "From Workflow" and "From Automation" in the Actions menu for the users/agents without the "Administer Jira" or "Administer Projects" permissions.

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Log in as a non-admin user with a JSM license.
      • Navigate to a work item.
      • Open the Actions dropdown menu.
      • Observe that the titles 'From Workflow' and 'From Automation' are missing.

      • Log in as an admin user and repeat steps 2-4 to confirm the titles are present.

      Expected Results

      • The titles 'From Workflow' and 'From Automation' should be present.

      Actual Results

      • The titles 'From Workflow' and 'From Automation' are missing.

      Workaround

      • Give the "Administer Jira" or "Administer Projects" permissions to the affected users/agents.
