Issue Summary

Currently an Automation rule in Jira would expect to be able to retrieve all global fields in customer instance for TMP projects.

Since mid march, due to release of a new feature across Jira, TMP projects will now require a field to be explicitly associated to the project rather than always being implicitly associated to all TMP projects.

This means that now Automation rule will now show global fields that are potentially not available within a TMP project. 

Request:

• Automation rules for a given set of TMP projects only show global fields that are explicitly associated to the TMP projects.
