Allow setting the Status on Issue creation in automation rules

      When creating an issue through the issue creation dialog, the starting status of the issue can be selected.

      When trying to create an issue from within an automation rule, the Create issue component does not allow selecting the starting status. The request is to be able to see the Status as a field in the list of selectable options.
