Issue Summary
The Affected Services field does not allow values from multiple Components. For example, when using an automation rule to automatically set the Affected Services using the Components field as a source:
Steps to Reproduce
An use case could be trying to set the Affected Services using an automation rule.
- Have an automation rule with an Edit Issue action.
- In the advanced section, add JSON code to set the Affected Services field using the Components field of a linked ticket.
Expected Results
The Affected Services is set with the Components.
Actual Results
The Affected Services remain empty.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
