Issue : Ability to notify admins when automation is reaching its limit 

Summary : 

• the customer as times would have situation when automation limit is exceeded or reaching limit 
• presently only via logs we can make out but don't get notified 

Suggestion:

It would be great if automation sends out emails when automation linit is reaching or exceeded
