Issue Summary
Automation may fail to trigger certain rules even when the event conditions are met.
Steps to Reproduce
Note - this bug is not frequent and might not impact all the Cloud sites
#Create a rule with "Issue Create"
- Create a new issue
- Automation rule might not trigger
Expected Results
Automation should trigger for the expected events
Actual Results
Automation won't trigger even though the issue create event is satisfied
Workaround
Disable/enable the impacted rule. This process will refresh rule configuration and next execution will trigger.
