Issue Summary

The trigger for changes in a multi-select field on the Edit screen is only sent when the changes are saved. It should be able when the value is entered without saving them. 

Similar feature is available on marketplace add-on Script Runner.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Issue Edit or View Screen
2. edit any multi-select field > Enter multiple values (Dont save the value)
3. The automation rule doesnot get triggered until value is saved 

Expected Results

For each value entered without saving value, automation rule should be triggered

Actual Results

The automation rule doesnot get triggered until value is saved
