      Issue Summary

Currently, the “Send Microsoft Teams Message” automation action doesn’t support @ mentions, for example “@everyone”.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Have an automation rule that uses the "Send Microsoft Teams Message" action.
      2. In the message description, add mention like @everyone

      Expected Results

The message is posted in Microsoft Teams and the mention works.

      Actual Results

The message is posted in Microsoft Teams as plain text, so the mention does not work.

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
