Issue Summary

Allow Manual input for the Project and Issue type Field In Create Issue Step.

Currently, there is an option "Prompt for input when this rule is triggered" and user can enter value. But, these values cannot be used in the Project and Issue type fields of the Create issue step. 
In conclusion, there is no way to dynamically chose the project and issue type when running an automation rule. Project and issue type has to be preselected when creating an automation rule.

Expected Results

User is able to dynamically select the project and issue type when running automation rule including create issue step.
