Improved management of the contextual recurring work automation rules

      Summary

      A new action is available in the issue view under the Actions menu called Clone when issue is done.

      When turned on an Automation rule will be created on project level and will perform said action when issues are closed.

      Currently the only thing that can be done is to disable the rule at Project settings -> Automation. Admins can still enable it back though.

      Some admins might want to disable it for good. The same scenario applies for any other contextual recurring work automation rules (besides the issue cloning one)

      Suggestion

      Provide the ability to disable such rules and prevent them from being turned back on.
