Issue field condition is unable to validate the Request type when triggered by Forms re-submission of a JSM Customer

      Issue Summary

      When a customer type of account Re-submit a JSM Forms the Issue field condition is unable to validate the Request type and performs no action.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Have a JSM Forms, allow customers to edit the form, and enable Attach a PDF version of this form each time it‘s resubmitted
      2. Have an automation with the Field value change trigger for the Attachment and an Issue field condition to check the Request type
      3. Re-submit the Form with a customer account

      Expected Results

      The automation is executed and the Issue field condition is able to check the Request type and validate it properly.

      Actual Results

      The Issue field condition is unable to validate the Request type, even if it's the correct one.

      The automation will work properly, if the Customer account is related to the "Service Desk Team" project role, even if the Customer doesn't have a JSM license.

      Workaround

      Use a different condition to validate the Request type, such as a JQL condition.
