Reference to automation rule in issue history, Display the ID of the automation that was executed in the issue changelog.

      At present, the entry in the issue history for Automation changes does not have the A4J Rule that was triggered. It would be great to have a reference to the Automation rule in issue "History" tab (or somewhere else), so that we can easily track down a rule causing undesired side effects.
