Issue Summary
“Service limit breached” triggers the rule multiple times for the one breaching rule in Jira Automation
Steps to Reproduce
- Create an automation rule like the following:
When: Service limit breached
Then: Send email - Trigger the rule
EDIT: Seems like the problem also happens when there's no SendEmail step present.
Expected Results
"Service limit breached” triggers the rule just once for the same breaching rule
Actual Results
"Service limit breached” triggered the rule multiple times for the same breaching rule
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
