Ability to show "NO ACTION PERFORMED" on recent rule runs even trigged automation by schedule

      When trigged automation by schedule, even the issue not executed a action, it shows SUCCESS on Recent rule runs section.

      It would be nice if it shows "NO ACTION PERFORMED" on recent rule runs if issues is not preformed action when automation trigged schedule.
