Automation Components: In the Rule Builder, it would be incredibly helpful to be able to toggle Components on/off for troubleshooting purposes.

      Problem Definition

Troubleshooting Automation Rules can be quite intensive due to the complexity some can grow to, often because they are makeshift methods of producing or adjusting functionality where it is lacking in Jira.

      Suggested Solution

Provide simple toggles the same way the Rules themselves can be toggled, except on Components.
Give us a simple switch to disable a component within an Automation Rule, so we can see how the rule as a whole performs with that component removed to see if it is the root cause.

      Workaround

Put the Component in an If or Else Condition that can't be fulfilled.
Alternatively, adjust the Component to effectively do nothing instead.
