Description
Problem Definition
Currently, for any actions made or for any incremental value done in a ticket, you will have to manually calculate, for example, the number of times X agent commented on the ticket or the number of times an issue transitioned to status Y.
Suggested Solution
It would be beneficial if the automation functionality supports a counter which you can set, that calculates each time a particular action is triggered within a ticket. The counter is also able to incrementally increase the number and update the field as the number of times the action performed increases.
