Allow use of CRON expressions in smart values

      Currently CRON expressions only work with Filter subscriptions and automation scheduled triggers. Would be useful to allow the use of CRON expressions for fields like date fields as can only use functions as outlined in the date and time KB article to put in dynamic date and times
