Issue Summary
When selecting "Prevent duplicates by adding this comment only once per issue." customers may expect that comments containing different smart values are technically not "duplicate" so still expect those comments to be added.
However the feature does not look at the contents of the comment, just whether that rule has commented on that issue before.
Steps to Reproduce
- Trigger: The issue that has been commented on.
- Condition: This pertains to branching based on the type of issue.
- Action: Please clone the most recent comment using the smart value provided.
- Note: It appears that the unique comment is not being copied as expected.
Expected Results
Users understand how the checkbox will behaved
Actual Results
It is unclear causing rules to not run as expected.
Workaround
Please uncheck the option "Prevent duplicates by only adding this comment once to a particular issue" for now.
