Add "Automation for Jira" User to Permission Helper

      My use case is that I have an automation rule that is failing when I have the rule actor set to Automation for Jira, but not when I have the rule actor set to myself.

       

      In troubleshooting this, it would be very helpful to run the permission helper on the Automation for Jira user.
