Expose issue changelog as a smart value

      Suggestion

      When working with issues and conditions, it would be nice to have the issue's history ({{changelog}}) smart value, at least when explicitly declared to include it.

      Workaround

      This information can be fetched through the get issue endpoint (Send web request action) by including the expand=changelog parameter.
