Unable to add multiple numbers in Automation 'Send Twilio notification' action

      Issue Summary

      Jira Cloud Automation has an Send Twilio notification action which allows to send SMS notifications to users.

      Although the To field indicates that you can add multiple numbers separated by commas, it doesn't accept more than one number, and the message "Please provide a valid international phone number" is displayed when trying to add more than one, regardless of the format.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an automation rule
      2. Add the Send Twilio notification action
      3. Fill in the Twilio account details and respective notification parameters.
      4. Add more than one phone number

      Expected Results

      Be able to add more than one number.

      Actual Results

      A message indicating: Please provide a valid international phone number is displayed and will not allow you to save the action or rule until it's corrected.

      Workaround

      Create multiple Send Twilio notification actions in the rule, one for each number that needs to be notified.
