Provide a trigger for "Pull request updated" in Automation

      Issue - Github and other dev tools now provide an option to create a draft pull request, we can setup an automation to "When pull request is created" verify if the PR is "Draft" with the smart value pullRequest.state  and action can be taken accordingly, However when the Draft PR goes to "Open" automation does not trigger since we do not have a PR update trigger

      Suggestion

      • Provide an option for PR updated trigger under Devops trigger for Automation

            I disagree that this is a duplicate. The scope of AUTO-730 is not the same.
