Add changes in automation rule labels in audit log

      Problem Definition

      When labels are changed in automation rules, there's no way to audit who changed what labels and when it was changed. 

      Suggested Solution

      Include changes in labels in the audit log of automation.

      Why this is important

      This empowers project admin/site admin to audit changes on their automation rule labels and understand who changed what and when.
