    Description

Currently in the "Assign issue" action, if a customer wants to be able to have automation assign an issue based on workload balancing, they have to use "User in Group", "User in Role" and "User in list". But the options of "User in Group" and "User in Role" gives you a single select chooser and does not allow you to pick multiple groups or roles. Being able to pick multiple groups or roles would be useful in situations where you may have roles or groups that are dynamically changing and you need to select multiple roles for any potential overlap as opposed to trying to manage a third role to house the overlap, for example. Additionally, theres no way to load "User in List" with a smart value list, so you cannot combine groups or roles into something that can load that list.

Making these selectors multi select will fix this, allowing customers to pick multiple roles if they wish and just focus on maintaining those roles as opposed to managing exxtra roles that can cause confusion.
